Philosophy

Real estate is about more than just transactions—it's about people, trust, and making a meaningful impact. As a real estate advisor, I focus on building lasting relationships where trust, responsiveness, and empathy guide my practice. In an industry that can sometimes feel transactional, I strive to be the kind of broker clients enjoy working with—someone who listens, understands, and puts a client's needs at the forefront.

Experience
With over $100+ million in sales, 65 successful transactions, and more than 120 clients helped, I not only bring a wealth of experience to each interaction, but also lean on my prior 16 year professional experience across sales, service, strategy, and management in the Technology and Home Services space. This real world experience outside of Real Estate has shaped the way I think about buying, selling, and investing in real estate and most importantly, how I service clients.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, I pursued a degree in Business at Baker University, where I balanced academics with playing both basketball and golf. After more than a decade in New York, I now call Fort Greene, Brooklyn, home.







KATHRYN LANGHAM

Kathryn Langham plays an integral role in the smooth functioning of the Michael Kahler Team, bringing over ten years of experience in New York City’s dynamic real estate market. As a highly skilled Team Assistant, she combines exceptional attention to detail with steadfast dedication, ensuring every aspect of the team’s operations runs efficiently and effectively.

Katie’s professional strengths are complemented by her artistic foundation. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of Cincinnati’s College–Conservatory of Music, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2017. Her background in the arts informs her creative approach to organization, communication, and problem-solving.

Driven by a genuine passion for real estate and a commitment to excellence, Katie continues to elevate The Michael Kahler Team through her precision, resourcefulness, and collaborative spirit.
