Founder & Team Lead

Michael Kahler is the founder of the M.Kahler Team, where he leads with a relationship-first approach grounded in trust, consistency, and clear communication. He believes real estate is ultimately about people—understanding their priorities, navigating important decisions, and being a steady, reliable presence throughout the process.

Before transitioning into real estate, Michael spent over 16 years working across sales, service, strategy, and management within the technology and home services industries. That experience continues to shape how he works today—bringing a structured, thoughtful, and client-focused approach to every interaction.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Michael earned his degree in Business from Baker University, where he was a dual-sport athlete in basketball and golf. After more than a decade in New York City, he now lives in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.

Michael is known for his responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to build lasting relationships—helping clients move forward with clarity and confidence at every stage of their real estate journey.






OWEN BEITEL
Strategy & Brand Development

Owen Beitel plays a key role in driving growth through strategy, sales, and brand development. With experience across sports, fashion, SaaS, and food-tech, he has helped build retail experiences, launch wholesale programs, and grow B2B relationships for both emerging and established brands. His work reflects a strong understanding of how thoughtful partnerships and market positioning support long-term success.

His academic training in Design Management brings a creative yet strategic lens to his work, from market expansion to brand storytelling. Owen’s ability to bridge commercial and creative thinking allows him to contribute meaningfully across a range of brand-building initiatives.

Driven by a passion for connecting culture and commerce, Owen brings a competitive, team-oriented mindset shaped by years on and off the soccer pitch, along with a collaborative approach that helps brands create lasting impact.




KATHRYN LANGHAM
Head of Operations

Kathryn Langham plays an integral role in the smooth functioning of the Michael Kahler Team, bringing over ten years of experience in New York City’s dynamic real estate market. As a highly skilled Team Assistant, she combines exceptional attention to detail with steadfast dedication, ensuring every aspect of the team’s operations runs efficiently and effectively.

Her artistic foundation complements Katie’s professional strengths. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of Cincinnati’s College–Conservatory of Music, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2017. Her background in the arts informs her creative approach to organization, communication, and problem-solving.

Driven by a genuine passion for real estate and a commitment to excellence, Katie continues to elevate The Michael Kahler Team through her precision, resourcefulness, and collaborative spirit.







AUTUMN FOLAN
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Autumn Folan approaches real estate with a deep commitment to community and connection. A longtime resident of Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, she has spent over 20 years witnessing the neighborhood’s evolution—where blocks transform, neighbors become friends, and new stories take root. She is passionate about helping clients find not just a home, but a true sense of belonging.

Originally from Hawaii, Autumn has lived across Texas, Colorado, New Jersey, the Bahamas, and New Mexico, experiences that shaped her understanding of how differently people connect with home. Her studies in Ayurvedic medicine in both the United States and India further inform her holistic, personalized approach—recognizing that each client and every home is unique.

Known for her warmth, attentiveness, and thoughtful guidance, Autumn blends market expertise with empathy and clear communication. Whether clients are buying, selling, or transitioning into a new chapter, she is dedicated to making the process feel grounded, transparent, and fully supportive from beginning to end.
